EDC Drifting
Street Nationals will hold the 4th round of the Japaneseusedcars.com European Drift Championship. This will be the first time Professional Drifting has come to Santa Pod Raceway with a 4th gear course on pitside.
Saturday Morning will be open practice with pre qualifying from 2pm then finals from 7:30pm to 9pm. Sunday will feature a Team Drift Competition with drivers pairing up.
There will be grandstands located around the course for spectators and with this being the only "Festival Round" of the championship expect to see the drivers enjoying the evening entertainment.
Latest News: The EDC have announced that they have secured the first Japanese professional Drift drivers to join the
Championship. World famous Team Orange drivers Kazuhiro Tanaka and D1GP 2006 Champion Nobushige Kumakubo have confirmed they will contest the Championship this year using matching 420bhp RWD Subaru Impreza GDBs. |

Handling Track
A super-tight handling track will also be available to test those drivers who know how to hustle their vehicles around corners. Think “go-kart track but with big cars” and you get the idea. Handbrake turns and lock-to lock corners will give the driver a physical workout and big-power will mean nothing without control.
More info coming soon.
